隨波逐流的日子

My favorite sport is softball. It is a sport sort of like baseball but it’s

ball is bigger and easier to bat. It’s suitable for woman and children to relax

themselves and keep fit.


The first time I’ve this sport is when I was in grade 7. In our school, we

got to play sport on Friday afternoons. There were different kinds of sports such

as basketball, soccer, rugby, touch football and of course softball. I’d tried

out different sports but I didn’t get in any of them. Then, I came to try out for

the softball team even though I’d never played it before. Guess what? I got in!

I hit three of the balls that the pitcher pitched.


I had a great time when I was in the Senior Girls’ Softball B team. But there

is something strange about our team which is we never win! Even though, we still

had a lot of fun time together. I love to be a pitcher even though someone better

than me appeared before I could do my first pitch. I like to bat and catch balls,

too! But I am better in pitching. I hate throwing the balls!


Even though, I still like softball a lot because it is the first sport that I am

good at and know all the rules.
